Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Captain located in Chunchura. The Food and Beverage Captain will oversee daily operations, ensuring that service standards are maintained and that guests receive outstanding service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing food service activities, and upholding excellent customer service practices. The role also involves effective communication with team members and guests to ensure optimal dining experiences. Qualifications Supervisory Skills for managing and leading the team Knowledge of Service Standards and Food Service protocols Strong Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with staff and guests Previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role is an advantage Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Relevant certifications or coursework in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
