We are looking for a female Household Operations Supervisor to manage the daily functioning of a premium private residence in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be mature, organized, and well-spoken, capable of independently handling household operations, staff supervision, and guest coordination with discretion and professionalism. Key responsibilities include overseeing all household staff such as maids, cooks, gardeners, drivers, and security personnel; ensuring discipline, cleanliness, and efficiency in every area of the home. She will manage staff salary payments, grocery orders, and utility bill payments, and coordinate maintenance activities with electricians, plumbers, and vendors. The role involves maintaining a picture-perfect home environment — ensuring bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces are spotless, with linens, towels, and toiletries properly arranged. The candidate must be proficient in using smartphones, computers, and AI tools like ChatGPT for scheduling, online payments, and communication. She should be able to speak politely on the phone to fix doctor appointments, order medicines, or handle online food and shopping requests. Strong communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English is essential. A 1 BHK on-site secured accommodation is provided. Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in household, hospitality, or facility management will be preferred.
