Position - Desktop Eng L1 Exp - Min 1.5 Years Location - Dahej(Gujarat) Shifts - General Shifts, 6days Looking for Immediate Joiners Must Have work experience in Plant IT Experience L1 Desktop Support: Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's degree in any field or stream (including Computer Science, Information Technology), or a related field is preferred, but not required. Any IT certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role. Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), macOS, and common business software (Office 365, email clients, etc.). Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and repair, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. Experience with remote desktop support tools and IT helpdesk ticketing systems. Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.\
