About the Role We are seeking a highly driven Associate Director of Sales (Domestic Market) to lead our domestic sales initiatives and accelerate business growth across India. This is a senior leadership role and playing a key part in strengthening Antara’s presence in the domestic luxury travel market. What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking For Strategic Leadership: Proven experience developing and executing sales strategies within luxury hospitality, cruise lines or high-end travel services. Market Development: Strong network of domestic travel trade partners, OTAs, and corporate clients: ability to identify new business opportunities and expand into Tier 1 and emerging Tier 2/3 cities. Client Relationship Management: Skilled in building and sustaining relationships with HNWIs, corporate accounts, and distribution partners, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Representation & Networking: Experience representing a luxury brand at trade shows, roadshows, forums, and industry events. Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams to exceed targets and deliver measurable results. Collaboration & Insights: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and revenue teams, while providing market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and strategic recommendations.
