Antim Seva – Job Description Position: Field Executive – Community & Service Relations Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Type: Full-time (1-month probation, extendable) --- About Antim Seva Antim Seva is a social impact initiative that helps families during one of life’s most difficult moments — the loss of a loved one. Our mission is to bring dignity, compassion, and organization to funeral services in India. We connect families with trusted local partners for every need — from Pandit Ji and Shav Vahan to ritual kits and support arrangements — ensuring that every family receives help with respect and care. At Antim Seva, we believe in seva (service) from the heart — not just as work, but as a human responsibility. --- Main Responsibility To represent Antim Seva on the ground — helping families with dignity, building compassionate partnerships with vendors and hospitals, and ensuring smooth, respectful delivery of services. --- Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Community & Vendor Partnerships Connect with and onboard local partners such as Pandit Ji, Shav Vahan providers, Samagri suppliers, Halwai, Band, etc. Build genuine relationships based on trust and shared values of seva (service) and respect. Ensure all partners follow Antim Seva’s ethical and quality guidelines. 2. Hospital & Institution Outreach Visit hospitals, nursing homes, and related institutions to create awareness and establish referral support. Share the purpose of Antim Seva and explain how it helps families in times of need. 3. Family Support & Service Delivery Be the human touchpoint for families — coordinate the delivery of the funeral kit, explain available services, and ensure that everything is arranged smoothly and respectfully. Handle all interactions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring the family feels cared for and supported. Work with vendors on the ground to ensure timely and dignified service. 4. Awareness & Social Outreach Help with outreach campaigns such as pamphlet distribution, posters, and awareness activities in local communities and hospitals. Represent Antim Seva as a movement for organized and compassionate end-of-life support. 5. Data & Reporting Maintain basic records of vendors, families served, and outreach activities in Google Sheets or Excel. Share daily/weekly updates with the operations team. 6. Compliance & Ethics Follow Antim Seva’s policies and code of conduct.
