As a Senior RF/WiFi Test Engineer at Liveon Technolabs Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading and executing testing and validation efforts for RF components and systems. Liveon Technolabs is a technology-driven company specializing in delivering high-quality wireless, embedded, and connectivity solutions. Your key responsibilities will include leading RF/WiFi testing efforts for embedded and wireless products, designing and executing test cases for WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax), Bluetooth, and other RF technologies, conducting OTA performance testing in anechoic chambers, analyzing KPIs like throughput, signal strength, EVM, PER, and sensitivity, working with test equipment such as LitePoint, Spirent, Rohde & Schwarz, Keysight, etc., using tools like Wireshark, QXDM, QCAT, and other debugging tools for issue analysis, validating antenna performance, and supporting hardware teams in RF layout evaluations. Additionally, you will collaborate with firmware and system engineering teams for root cause analysis and issue resolution, ensure compliance with regulatory and certification standards, and prepare comprehensive test documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and customer reviews. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Communications, or related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 - 6 years of hands-on RF and WiFi testing experience. Strong knowledge of wireless protocols and standards, especially 802.11 (WiFi), experience with RF test automation and scripting (Python preferred), familiarity with antenna measurements, SAR, and EMC testing, excellent analytical, debugging, and documentation skills, and the ability to lead a small team and mentor junior engineers are required.
