Role & responsibilities Day-to-day Accounting Entries of demand raised to customers, expenses, payments and receipts and journal entries Timely preparation and filing of Gstr1 and Gstr 3 B Timely preparation and filing of TDS Statements Preparing cheques, RTGS, NEFT etc Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement Handle Banking functions and business letters Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors Maintain Sales /Purchase register and updating software as well Preferred candidate profile : Candidates with 5 -12Yrs of experience out of which candidate should have worked in Real Estate Developers /Construction industry for a minimum period of 5 years Knowledge of GST for Real Estate Developer Basic Knowledge of RERA Knowledge of TDS, returns filing, viewing 26AS and reconciliation with customers. Well versed in Tally software Well Organized and documentation skills Good communication skills (spoken &written) Ability to work in co-ordination with team Knowledge of Taxation & Payroll processing Willingness to accept extra responsibilities
Job location - Mumbai - BANDRA (West) and Sites at different locations Role & responsibilities : 1.This role requires a strong technical understanding of MEP & Firefighting systems , meticulous attention to detail, and excellent cost estimation abilities. The engineer will work closely with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure that project costs and quantities are accurately estimated, tracked, and controlled throughout the project lifecycle. 2.Responsible for preparing, analyzing , and managing the Bill of Quantities for mechanica l, electrical, plumbing and firefighting systems in construction projects. 3. Site Supervision & Execution : Ensure that all site execution work is in strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, local codes and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspection to monitor progress, enforce safety compliance and check the quality of workmanship and materials. 4. Project co-ordination: co-ordinate with vendors, subcontractors and consultants to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment to resolve the technical issues. Co-ordinate with design development and consultant during the development of schematics. Evaluate the schematic design documents for the feasibility of the MEP & Firefighting services. 5. Planning and Reporting: Prepare and manage detailed work schedules for all MEP & Firefighting activities, ensuring they align with the overall project timeline. 6. Quality and Safety Assurance: Enforce and promote a safe working environment by ensuring all personnel and subcontractors comply with health and safety regulations. Desired profile : Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. 6 - 12 years of experience in MEP projects, with a good knowledge on execution, billing and quantity surveying Knowledge of interior fit-out projects is often preferred.
