Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist based in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, providing non-surgical spinal decompression therapy, and monitoring patient progress. Additionally, the Physiotherapist will educate patients on wellness and prevention strategies, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Proficiency in Physiotherapy techniques and a keen understanding of spinal disorders Experience in developing treatment plans and performing non-surgical spinal decompression therapy Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate patients on wellness and prevention Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field Relevant certification and state licensure as a Physiotherapist Experience working in a clinical setting is advantageous
