We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Ansai Tooling Systems, responsible for promoting our metal cutting tools in the industrial equipment/machinery sector. The ideal candidate will have 21 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the construction equipment industry. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the industrial equipment/machinery sector. Strong knowledge of metal cutting tools and their applications in construction equipment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies. Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is an advantage.
