Job Description Architect and implement shared APIs, integration services, and frameworks (auth, telemetry) for Azure cloud-native apps. Define API governance, versioning, and documentation standards for scalability. Establish best practices for code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and peer reviews. Optimize shared services for security, performance, and scalability. Evaluate emerging Azure-native capabilities to enhance shared services. Collaborate with product/platform teams to integrate services into enterprise solutions Manage ML model deployment and enterprise LLM components (APIs, RAG, vector DBs). Build prompt libraries, templates, and guardrails; enforce security and compliance for AI endpoints. Partner with teams to design scalable AI workflows; create documentation and sample code. • Support LLM prompt standardization, adoption of agentic AI tools, and deliver training/workshops. Skill and Experience: • ideally 10+ years in large-scale app development, 5+ years in end-to-end delivery, and 3+ years leading teams of 5+. Proven ability to architect APIs, reusable components, and integration services for enterprise-scale Azure applications. Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, and secure contract-first API design. • Strong leadership: drives technical reviews, influences cross-functional teams, and ensures delivery excellence with ownership and urgency Skilled in estimating complex solutions, balancing technical depth with strategic priorities. Champions engineering best practices: code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, PBIs). Experience integrating Azure OpenAI/GPT APIs for advanced backend capabilities.
