The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel. Responsibilities Fuel the expansion of TPU sales across designated markets Identify and build partnerships with crucial customers, including OEMs, converters, and compounders. Discover and tap into new market segments such as footwear, automotive, cable sheathing, and industrial. Collaborate with our internal technical and R&D teams to develop tailored applications and solutions Lead negotiations, provide sales forecasts, and conduct market intelligence reporting. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits, committing up to 40-50% of your time to travel. Requirements: 5-10 years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably in TPU. Alternatively, a strong background in TPEs, engineering polymers, or specialty chemicals with active customer engagement. Proven ability to forge and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders. Solid commercial insight and hands-on experience in technical sales environments. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a multicultural, cross-border team. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
