Job Overview Tharhwamasi Infotech Pvt Ltd is hiring female candidates for a Telecalling position to support NGO fundraising activities in collaboration with Annai Teresa Foundation. The role involves engaging with potential donors, explaining the foundation’s initiatives, and securing financial support. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential donors and explain the foundation’s mission and projects. Persuade individuals to contribute towards the NGO’s fundraising goals. Maintain records of donor interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for fundraising. Address donor inquiries and provide necessary information. Work collaboratively with the team to enhance outreach efforts. Requirements Female candidates only. Good communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus. Ability to build rapport with donors and handle objections effectively. Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping. Salary & Benefits Fixed salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month. Attractive performance-based incentives.
