Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Pune. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and conducting training sessions for both clients and staff. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales management to meet and exceed company targets and actively contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs. Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and develop strategic initiatives. Experience in providing Training to staff and clients to ensure proper understanding of products and processes. Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships with customers and stakeholders. Understanding of the healthcare and medical supplies industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
