ANM - Nursing Assistant

Job Title: Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs) / Nursing Assistants

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of RNs or doctors
• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, feeding, and daily activities
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support antenatal and postnatal care for mothers and infants (for ANMs)
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Valid ANM certification or equivalent Nursing Assistant qualification
• Prior experience preferred but fresher’s are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
