ANM / GNM (FRESHER (OT TECHNICIAN IN HAIR TRANSPLANT)

You should have relevant experience in hair transplant, particularly in double forcep implantation. As an OT Technician, your responsibilities will include managing the operation theater before and after surgeries, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, fumigation, autoclave maintenance, and proper trolley arrangement. Additionally, you will assist in-house doctors or surgeons during procedures and carry out assigned tasks diligently. Medical inventory management is a crucial aspect of the role. You will be required to maintain a comprehensive record of medical inventory items used during surgeries or procedures and communicate updates to the Centre Manager for system entry. Another key aspect of the job is patient care. You will be expected to assist patients before, during, and after surgeries, execute surgical procedures following guidelines and SOPs, draw blood from patients when necessary, and have knowledge of anesthesia administration and patient management during emergencies. The ability to cater to different types of patients is also essential. This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment. The work schedule involves day and morning shifts. The minimum educational requirement is a Diploma. The work location is on-site. Please note that hair transplant experience is mandatory for this role.,
