You will be responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of AI Data Center construction projects. Your role will involve managing multidisciplinary construction teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective project delivery. You will oversee all civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and ELV construction activities from pre-construction through commissioning while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and oversee end-to-end construction of AI Data Center facilities, ensuring timely completion within defined cost, scope, and quality parameters. - Plan, organize, and manage multidisciplinary teams and vendors across civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and ELV domains to ensure seamless project execution. - Establish construction schedules, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks, resource allocation, and project dependencies. - Drive safety-first culture with strict adherence to EHS standards, ensuring zero-tolerance for safety violations at all construction sites. - Coordinate with design, procurement, and commissioning teams to align construction progress with design intent and operational readiness. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to facilitate project delivery and compliance. **Qualifications Required:** - 15-20 years of total experience in large-scale industrial or data center construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-site projects. - Bachelor's degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering is a must. - Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management or Business Administration is preferred. - Proven experience in hyperscale or AI Data Center construction projects involving large-scale civil, MEP, and infrastructure works. - Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP integration, and commissioning processes. - Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD. - Exposure to EHS management systems and quality management frameworks. - Certifications such as PMP / PRINCE II preferred; CDCS / CDCE / ATD certifications desirable.
