As the Sales Executive – Corporate Lending (Banking Solutions) , you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding strategic relationships across the Indian market. This is an individual contributor role, directly reporting to the Managing Director – Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa. You will own strategic accounts while also developing new opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions. You will represent a portfolio of integrated, mission-critical Lending platforms and solutions offering unmatched sales potential in the banking technology space. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client portfolios in the Corporate Lending Solutions domain. Take direct ownership of major strategic accounts in India, ensuring growth, retention, and client satisfaction. Manage the complete sales cycle for Lending products , including prospecting, preparing and presenting proposals, and closing deals. Deliver accurate short-, medium-, and long-term sales forecasts. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to meet and exceed annual sales targets. Build and nurture long-term relationships with banking clients across Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutions. Collaborate with third-party partners and consultancy sales teams to maximize opportunities through strategic alliances. Provide market intelligence by sharing insights on lending modernization trends, digital transformation, and industry developments . Partner with pre-sales and solution consulting teams to ensure customers receive the right technical and functional support. Mandatory Candidate Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet All Criteria) 10–15+ years of software sales experience in the financial services industry. Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in selling Lending Solutions (NOT just Core Banking). Demonstrated track record of selling into Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and financial institutions in India. Strong hunter mentality, with proven ability to both open new doors. Deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly Lending platforms and digital lending transformation . Established C-Level relationships within major banks in India. Demonstrated experience collaborating with Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Delivery teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with confidence at the C-suite level. University degree required. Fluent in English.
