Formulate long term / short term strategic plans, budgets to enhance sales, conduct negotiations & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across Varanasi & surrounding areas. Design, develop and implement marketing programs area-wise throughout Varanasi and nearby location. Lead generation, doctor meetings, business development & negotiating contract. Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals. Identifying potential areas for revenue generation and increasing brand penetration in those areas. Plan and execute various programs and promotional campaigns with the aim to increase overall patient flow and footfall in centre. Reviewing sales performance.
