Animation Team Lead

As a skilled Animator, your primary responsibility will be to create highly engaging complex animations for various media platforms such as smartphones, tablets, and the web. You will collaborate closely with illustrators, designers, and instructional designers to grasp project objectives and scope, contributing to the creation of animation storyboards and conceptual layouts. Additionally, your role will involve participating in brainstorming sessions to share innovative design perspectives and ideas, as well as assisting in the selection of appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for each project. Your proficiency in encoding, converting, and editing videos to enhance motion graphics with effects and elements will be crucial. Staying updated on advancements in animation, emerging technologies, production design trends, and popular music will enable you to deliver cutting-edge work consistently. To excel in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring the adherence to brand style guidelines and the ability to address various challenges through visual design creatively. Your capability to manage time effectively, multitask, and meet deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail and upholding quality standards will be essential. As a self-starter, you should be able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating a professional demeanor and effective client communication skills. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop is required, with proven knowledge of at least one 2D animation software like Adobe After Effects.
