Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate 2D Animation Faculty member to join our animation department in Dadar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both traditional and digital 2D animation techniques and a strong desire to mentor aspiring animators. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, guiding student projects, and keeping curriculum aligned with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach core principles of 2D animation, both traditional and digital
• Instruct students using tools such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, TVPaint, etc.
• Provide hands-on guidance in all stages of animation production
• Review and critique student work to encourage growth and creativity
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards
• Stay updated on current industry practices and animation trends
• Organize student workshops, animation screenings, and guest lectures
• Maintain academic records and ensure student performance tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant teaching or industry experience
• Strong foundation in classical animation principles (timing, spacing, squash & stretch, etc.)
• Proficiency in leading 2D animation software tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing 2D animation work is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
