Role Overview: As an Animation Faculty member at Shubhkamna Institute located in Raipur, your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver curriculum, teach various animation techniques, and evaluate student work. You will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing environment for students to grow creatively and professionally. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing lesson plans, conducting lectures and workshops, providing individual mentorship to students, and staying updated with industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver curriculum for animation courses - Teach various animation techniques including 2D animation, 3D animation, and motion graphics - Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback - Prepare lesson plans and conduct engaging lectures and workshops - Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant information into teaching - Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development - Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects - Mentor and guide students in their projects and career development Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of Teaching Experience - Proficiency in animation software such as Maya, Adobe After Effects, Blender, etc. - Strong skills in 2D animation, 3D animation, and motion graphics - Experience in curriculum development and classroom teaching - Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills - Ability to mentor and guide students in their projects and career development - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field - Industry experience in animation or related fields is a plus,
