Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with IT teams. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role within the tech industry would be advantageous.,
