This role is essential in delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions that meet business needs. The Lead Technology position will drive innovation, mentor junior developers, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, significantly contributing to Synechrons strategic objectives. Overall Responsibilities Responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Mentor and train junior developers, guiding their technical and professional growth. Stay current on new Angular development technologies and methodologies, sharing best practices with the team. Experience Requirements 5+ years of experience with Angular, TypeScript, and related web development technologies. Proven experience leading a team of developers in delivering large-scale software solutions. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and processes. Day-to-Day Activities Lead team meetings and coordinate project schedules and priorities. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and guidance. Act as the technical lead on projects, working closely with the project manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Develop code, write unit tests, and perform code reviews to ensure the quality of the teams work. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
