We are seeking an experienced and passionate Physics Faculty to teach Class 11 & 12 students preparing for NEET and IIT entrance exams. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Physics, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner. *Key Responsibilities:*- Teach Physics to Class 11 & 12 students, focusing on NEET and IIT syllabus- Develop and implement effective lesson plans, notes, and study materials- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and mock exams to evaluate student progress- Provide individual attention and mentorship to students, identifying and addressing their weaknesses- Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics and incorporate them into the curriculum- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure consistency and excellence in teaching *Requirements:*- Minimum qualification M.Sc in physics. Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in NEET and IIT coaching- Strong knowledge of Physics concepts, with ability to explain complex topics simply- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a team and contribute to the growth of the institution.
