Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Visitor Visa Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end processing of visitor visa applications for countries including Canada, USA, UK, Schengen, Australia, New Zealand, and others. The role requires strong documentation skills, visa regulation knowledge, client communication abilities, and accuracy in preparing applications. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Handling & Consultation Assess client profiles and understand travel purposes, documentation, and eligibility. Guide clients on visitor visa requirements, timelines, and country-specific rules. Provide accurate checklists and explain missing or additional documents needed. Application Preparation Prepare and review visitor visa forms (IRCC Portal, DS-160, UKVI, VFS forms, etc.). Draft strong covering letters, travel itineraries, and purpose-of-visit statements. Verify accuracy of financial, employment, business, property, and travel documents. Identify red flags such as travel history concerns, refusals, discrepancies, and advise accordingly. Documentation & Compliance Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, embassy guidelines, and changes in documentation requirements. Ensure compliance with internal quality control procedures and company standards. Maintain client files, case notes, and application records systematically. Coordination & Communication Communicate with clients via calls, email, WhatsApp, and meetings. Coordinate appointment bookings (biometrics, VAC/VFS, medicals if required). Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of required documents. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications. Post-Submission Responsibilities Track application status and provide updates to clients. Assist clients with passport collection, travel checklist, and next steps after approval/refusal. Prepare reconsideration letters or reapplication files when required. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Commerce, Arts, Business, or relevant domains). Minimum 1–3 years of experience in visitor visa or immigration processing (preferred but not mandatory). Strong understanding of visa documentation, embassy/VFS procedures, and travel requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi/Gujarati. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Proficiency with MS Office, PDF tools, and online visa portals. Preferred Skills Experience with Canadian, US, UK or Schengen visitor visa files.
