Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth for electronic security and surveillance solutions, including CCTV systems, Access Control, Intrusion Alarms, Fire Alarm Systems, and Central Monitoring System (CMS) services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting product presentations, and ensuring successful closure of sales deals. The candidate must possess strong technical understanding of security solutions and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories and verticals. Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, references, and market intelligence. Conduct market research to identify potential customers such as banks, corporate offices, manufacturing units, retail chains, and government organizations. 2. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for hardware sales and CMS services. Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial presentations. Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations to explain solutions and value-added services. Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate surveillance and security solutions. Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure timely site surveys, system design, and installation coordination. 4. Technical Understanding Maintain sound knowledge of electronic security systems including: CCTV & IP Surveillance Systems Access Control & Biometric Systems Intrusion Alarm Systems Fire Alarm Systems Video Door Phones Central Monitoring System (CMS) & Alarm Monitoring Services Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products. 5. Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain CRM records. Ensure timely submission of proposals, agreements, and tenders. Follow up on payments, documentation, and contract closure. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of surveillance and security system technologies. Ability to understand technical specifications and propose suitable solutions. Excellent negotiation and customer handling skills. Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and documentation. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or related field. 1–5 years of experience in sales of electronic security systems or related industry. Experience in selling CMS/Alarm Monitoring services will be an added advantage. Candidates with a background in electronic security, telecom, IT hardware, or automation preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets. Number of new clients acquired. Revenue from CMS monitoring services. Customer satisfaction and retention. Lead conversion rate. Work Environment & Travel: Field-based role with regular client visits. Travel within assigned region as required.
