Should have knowledge to review Electrical System Study reports Hands on experience in RFQ, Vendor Documents review and in preparation of TBE Should be able to review Enquiries and to prepare Scope of Work along with Man Hours Preferred candidate profile Experience: Should have around of 12-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas/Refineries/Petrochemical/Fertilizer/Power /Process plants and should have worked in Engineering Design organization
Role & responsibilities Perform Structural design and calculations for Pipe racks, Access platforms, Shelters, staircase, RCC buildings, Industrial structures, Steel modules for in-situ as well as transportation/lifting/installation conditions, etc. Perform Design of concrete structures such as foundations for structure and equipment, tank foundations, retaining walls, pile foundation, dynamically loaded foundations such as compressors and pumps, underground pits, low-rise plant buildings, culverts, fences, boundary walls, sewer system, E&I trenches and underground services etc. Perform design & calculations for underground drainage system, trenches, culverts, roads and pavements, etc. Check C&S deliverables - BOQ, structural detail drawings, foundation drawings, trench layouts, foundation location plans, foundation detail drawings, etc., Attend Site visits and data collection from Clients offices / plants Perform design modifications to existing facilities/brown field jobs. Prepare technical reports/ procedures/ specifications/ lessons learnt. Co-ordination with other disciplines / departments as required for interfaces. Follow company Engineering procedures, QA/QC practices, SDC & IDC procedures, etc. Preferred candidate profile Shall have working experience in Engineering consultancy and/ or EPC companies related to performing basic and detail engineering for Oil& Gas projects. Must be fully knowledgeable about National & International codes and standards like ASTM, API, BS, BIS, Euro codes for this discipline Knowledge of company standards/ specification of ADNOC, SHELL DEP, KOC, QP, ARAMCO would be added advantage.
Role & responsibilities Will be responsible for preparing and checking 2D & 3D Modelling related to Piping Layout, Equipment layout, Isometric drawings etc. Prepare layout and design of complex offshore/onshore piping design systems using 2D and 3D software. Producing quality piping design layouts, layouts of various process skids, orientation of process equipment with nozzle locations and interconnecting piping Assist engineers and Senior designers in resolving piping Checking issues. Preferred candidate profile Proven ability to conduct layout and design for Offshore/Onshore Piping Systems. Knowledge of pipe and fittings, valves, and piping specialties. Ability to develop isometrics from orthographic drawing. Knowledge of the following modules in SP3D /Piping /ISO Draft
Role & responsibilities *Collaborate with domain experts in the organization to understand design workflows extract actionable insights/opportunities. * Develop tools, scripts, or models to automate design and drafting workflows like drawing generation, clash detection, material estimation. * Analyze large volumes of design data like piping layouts, cable schedules, structural loads to derive insights or identify inconsistencies. * Design and implement ML models to optimize engineering workflows like drawing classification, component recognition, clash detection, layout optimization * Develop AI-powered tools for drawing review, quantity take-off, change detection, and model validation * Integrate AI models into engineering software environments and apply natural language processing (NLP) / computer vision techniques to automate tasks like image tagging, design pattern recognition, or content generation. * Build predictive or optimization models to support Structural load optimization, Cable routing and I/O allocation, Piping/material layout optimization. * Integrate with or extract data from 3D modeling tools (e.g., AVEVA E3D, AutoCAD, SmartPlant, MicroStation, STAAD, Tekla). * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and design tools to continuously innovate and improve automation solutions. Preferred candidate profile *Overall 6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning frameworks and libraries * Atleast 2 years of experience in O&G domain. * Proficiency in Python along with pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow libraries. * Experience with computer vision for drawing/model analysis. * Knowledge of data processing tools, techniques and working with large datasets. * Understanding of engineering documentation and deliverables: GA drawings, P&IDs, cable schedules, structural drawings * Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
