Conduct experiments and collect data to support method development. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical analysis and testing procedures. Experience with OSD formulation and method development is essential. Purchase of finished product tablets / Capsules / Injections / Surgical items from Third Party Manufacturing. 8 to 10 Pharma Finished goods procurement, preferably with exposure to CMO coordination .

1.Prepare, compile, and review regulatory dossiers for submission in ROW/EU/CIS markets. 2.Ensure timely submission of product registration dossiers in compliance with applicable regional regulatory requirements. 3.Liaise with health authorities, partners, and internal cross-functional teams for query responses and updates. 4.Monitor changes in regulatory guidelines and proactively assess impact on product lifecycle. 5.Support renewal and variation submissions for existing products. 6.Coordinate with internal departments such as QA, QC, R&D, and Production for required documentation. 7.Maintain regulatory databases and documentation in an organized and audit-ready manner. 8.Ensure compliance with all local and international regulatory requirements and company standards.
Job Purpose: To assist in daily production operations, ensure adherence to production schedules, and maintain product quality and safety standards while learning and developing core competencies in manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring daily production activities to meet production targets. Operate and supervise machinery as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Maintain records of production, materials, and equipment usage. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Support in troubleshooting production issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Lean). Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and warehouse teams. Learn and implement company policies, systems, and industry best practices. Report deviations, breakdowns, and production issues to senior staff. Assist in documentation work related to batch manufacturing records and reports.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with relevant software and technology. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
