As an Operation Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the operation theatre environment to ensure sterility and safety. This includes managing OT equipment maintenance, as well as ensuring the availability of medical and diagnostic supplies. You will be supervising OT staff, which involves scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure efficient operation of the theatre. Your role will also require you to enforce strict adherence to infection control policies and biomedical waste disposal protocols. In case of emergencies and intra-operative procedures, you will assist anesthetists as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Quality Department to ensure NABH accreditation compliance and audits. Maintaining a safe, healthy, and secure working environment for both staff and patients is a key aspect of this role. You will monitor OT operations closely to assure quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
