Role Overview: As an Android Developer at HARMAN Automotive, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and other relevant technologies. Your role will involve implementing modern Android architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture, developing and maintaining Android UI components using Jetpack Compose, writing unit tests and integration tests, and ensuring adherence to coding best practices. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and ensure coding standards are met. Key Responsibilities: - Define and maintain the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and objectives - Manage the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and maintenance - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication - Apply Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban for efficient product development - Develop and maintain the product roadmap with key milestones and deliverables Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in Android development with a focus on Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Unit Testing - Proficiency in Kotlin and Android development - Experience with Jetpack Compose, MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture - Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and MockK - Knowledge of Android architecture components including LiveData, ViewModel, and Room - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and collaboration skills Additional Company Details: HARMAN Connected Services is a global leader in connected car technology, lifestyle audio innovations, design and analytics, cloud services, and IoT solutions.
