Andorid - Middleware ( BT/ Wifi Stack) - BT, WifiArchitecture : - The Wi-Fi stack in Android typically interacts with the hardware through the Wi-Fi HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer).- It includes components for handling various protocols (WPA, WPA2, etc.) and manages connections and data transmission. Key Components : - WifiManager : Central API for managing Wi-Fi connectivity, including scanning for networks, connecting, and getting connection info.- WifiConfiguration : Represents the configuration of a Wi-Fi network.- WifiInfo : Provides information about the current Wi-Fi connection (SSID, BSSID, link speed, etc.). Wi-Fi Middleware Developer Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain the Wi-Fi stack for Android devices.- Ensure robust and secure Wi-Fi connectivity features.- Optimize Wi-Fi performance, including scanning and connection times.- Work closely with QA teams to test Wi-Fi functionality.Requirements : - In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi standards (IEEE 802.11).- Proficient in C/C++ and Java.- Experience with Android Wi-Fi APIs and architecture.- Background in network protocols and security.
