Role & responsibilities "-" Work on design development in High Rise & Town Ship & Residencial Projects "-" Design & Coordination with consultants & Twechnical Staff "-" working and communicating directly with client teams for smooth execution of work at site "-" Developing conceptual designs for large residential projects "-" Experience on Softwares like Revit, Autocad, Sketchup, MS Office "-" Good experience in all aspects of Construction and participated in meetings with cross teams "-" Scheduling all the required tasks and communicating for follow-up "-" Verification and approval once Drawings are received, and dispatching the drawings to Site "-" Coordinating with cross teams of Architectural, Structural, MEP, Consultants "-" Understanding the client requirements and communicating with the Architectural and structural teams "-" Onsite communication of the drawings and providing inputs and feedback to client and consultants "-" Produced comprehensive drawings, documents and reports for approval process, demonstrating compliance with all prescribed building codes. "-" Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. "-" Maintained records of all permits, licenses, and approvals to ensure clarity and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
