Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator – Carpenter to operate and maintain CNC woodworking machines for the production of custom furniture, joinery components and other wooden products. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of woodworking processes, CNC programming and attention to detail to ensure precise, high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC woodworking machines (such as CNC routers, panel saws, or edge banders) according to drawings and specifications. Select appropriate tools, bits and materials for each job. Load raw materials and monitor the machining process to ensure accuracy and quality. Perform regular maintenance, calibration and cleaning of CNC machines and tools. Inspect finished components to ensure they meet design and quality standards. Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
