We are inviting volunteers who want to make a difference in the lives of children from underserved communities. As a volunteer, you will engage directly with our students and teachers, contribute to classroom learning and support us in creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Responsibilities Assist students with reading, math, or other subjects during designated tutoring sessions. Support classroom teachers by working with small groups or individual students. Help prepare instructional materials such as worksheets, visual aids and learning resources. Assist with homework review and completion under teacher supervision. Qualifications Graduation in any field. Passion for education and working with children. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy and adaptability to diverse learning needs. Prior teaching, mentoring or volunteering experience (preferred but not required). Ability to commit time regularly (schedules can be discussed). What you'll gain Certificate of volunteering on successful completion of engagement. First-hand exposure to grassroots education in India.
