At Anand restaurant, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, and menu innovation, with a commitment to quality, consistency, and hospitality Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute high-quality dishes aligned with the restaurant’s concept and standards Supervise all kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer feedback, and culinary trends Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff to maintain productivity and teamwork Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize food waste Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction Stay informed of industry trends and incorporate creative, innovative ideas Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards Ability to manage inventory, cost control, and labor Passion for sustainability, local sourcing, and culinary creativity Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Opportunities for creative input and menu development Supportive and collaborative work environment Career growth and professional development opportunities Staff meals and dining discounts Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,487.27 - ₹21,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
