Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior Mines Foreman located in Sihora. The Senior Mines Foreman will be responsible for supervising mining operations, managing heavy equipment, and ensuring maintenance is carried out effectively. The role includes coordinating with team members, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and addressing any issues that arise on-site. Additionally, the foreman will need to handle carpentry tasks associated with mining operations and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Qualifications Proficient in Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead mining teams Experience operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment Strong Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members and stakeholders Knowledge of Carpentry tasks relevant to the mining industry Ability to perform regular Maintenance work on mining equipment and infrastructure Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Relevant certifications or qualifications in mining, a plus Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
