Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director. The position is located in Kolkata. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Duties also include coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support as needed. Qualifications Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in managing executive schedules and communications Knowledge of travel coordination and event planning Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
