Analytics Insights Analyst - Supervising Associate

As an Analytics Insights Analyst Supervising Associate at EY, you will be part of a small, agile analytics team within the Global Finance department. Your role involves collaborating with EY's global leadership to ensure strategic and operational decisions are backed by the best data and analytics-driven insights. - Support and collaborate closely with the Strategic Collaborations lead to provide insightful analytics to senior stakeholders. - Conduct account portfolio reviews to understand business questions and offer regular insights. - Perform performance and return on investment analysis to assist EY leadership in data-led decision-making. - Analyze growth opportunities to pinpoint areas for revenue and margin growth. - Design best practice reporting dashboards and visualizations in collaboration with reporting teams. - Utilize SQL to extract and join multiple data sources for analysis. - Develop visually compelling PowerBI dashboards and manage data models to support them. - Craft engaging analytics stories to drive action with stakeholders. - Demonstrate curiosity in discovering valuable insights within data. - Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all analyses. - Take ownership of select projects and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders. - Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality work. - Ability to determine, explain, and produce appropriate visualizations. - Experience in using analytics methodologies for informed business decisions. - Proficiency in relational databases and writing SQL code. - 5+ years of experience in data insight/analytics roles. - Proficiency with PowerBI.
