Using analytical tools and techniques, you will develop business insights and improve decision-making. Your typical day will involve analyzing data, creating models, and providing valuable insights to drive business growth and success. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Develop and implement data models to analyze client, market, and performance data. Use statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms to extract insights from data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in analytics and modeling techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Talend ETL. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning algorithms. Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Talend ETL. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
