Analytics and Modeling Senior Analyst

As an Analytics and Modeling Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving complex problems on a daily basis. Your primary skillset should include storytelling, insight generation, and presentation with 5-7 years of experience in the field. You should have the ability to draw relevant insights from data, visualize them on slides, and possess good PowerPoint skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. You will be expected to work with onshore teams, demonstrating strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment are crucial. This role requires a deep understanding of Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design, as well as the process of using customer behavior data for market segmentation and predictive analytics. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in Python and SQL. Experience in the healthcare or pharma marketing domain is preferred, along with knowledge of visualization tools. While SQL/Python experience is considered a plus, a background in digital marketing and customer analytics would be beneficial. Your interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture, and you may also engage with clients and/or Accenture management. You will receive minimal instruction for daily tasks but moderate guidance for new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your work and potentially that of others.
