Analyst - Web Designer

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies. - Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience. - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively. - Develop high-fidelity prototypes for Desktop, Tab, and Mobile platforms. - Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility of designs. - Work closely with UX designers, developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver user-centered design solutions. - Present and defend design decisions based on design principles and user research. - Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency across digital platforms. - Design custom icons and illustrations to enhance user experience. - Adapt designs for various screen sizes and devices for responsive functionality. - Create subtle animations and micro interactions to enhance usability and user delight. **Qualifications:** - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI/UX design. - Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of design systems, guidelines, and industry trends. - Ability to maintain visual consistency and adhere to brand guidelines. - Skill in creating custom icons, illustrations, and responsive designs.
