Analyst, Valuation Placement

Role Overview: You will be the single point of contact for the Appraiser/ Brokers and other stakeholders for the placement and follow-up related transaction with respect to work related to the Valuation services. Your responsibilities will include getting valuation related documents from vendors and appraisers, providing inbound/outbound call/email support to vendors and appraisers, documentation on property-related details and calls, and interacting effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in the transaction. Your role will require you to produce error-free work consistently, maintain 100% SLA and quality yield, be a fluent English speaker, meet the output HRDs set by the business unit for the process, research top priority items by providing detailed investigation of complaints and disputes received from internal and external stakeholders, discern matters that require escalation to Supervisor, ensure timely completion of all work assignments and projects, and maintain a strong team alliance to achieve team and department goals.
