Analyst - UK Mortgage Credit and Due Diligence

As a US Mortgage Credit and Due Diligence Analyst, you will be part of a team providing Mortgage Underwriting and Due Diligence Services to a USA client in the Mortgage Finance industry. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of acquired loans and data captured for UK Mortgage Credit and Due Diligence services. This includes working closely with UK underwriters to maintain processes, compliance with company guidelines, and accurate documentation filing. Monitoring loan pipeline, drafting credit reports, and coordinating with various stakeholders for loan diligence will also be part of your role. Effective communication, interpretation of credit guidelines, and residential loan underwriting experience are essential for this position. Additionally, you will review funding requests and ensure loan eligibility confirmations. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-6 years of experience in UK Mortgage Underwriting and Due Diligence processes with a deep understanding of mortgage document review and credit analysis. Knowledge of borrower income, assets & liabilities, collateral documents, and credit worthiness evaluation will be crucial. A finance-related Bachelor's degree or higher qualification, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work in UK Shift IST 3:30 pm to 12:30 am in Kondapur, Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, are required.
