Analyst - Tactical Purchasing

Job Description

The Global Purchasing Team is responsible for creating purchase orders after reviewing purchase requisitions in accordance with Oracle's procurement/supplier contracts to mitigate Oracle's risk and ensure compliance with Oracle legal guidelines and purchasing policy. Detailed Description s : - As Purchasing Analyst your responsibilities include Reviewing approved requisitions and create purchase orders in accordance with Oracle's Global Purchasing / Finance policy. Action on notifications for PO changes and PO extensions. Work close with the strategic team, requester and support processes for end-to-end solutions. Identify, propose and initiate implementation of process efficiencies/improvements. Job Requirements Any Graduate with 0-1 years of work experience Detail oriented with the ability to follow desktop procedures and work instructions closely. Logical thought process with the ability to follow guidelines and documented procedures. Good analytical skills. Strong problem solver with ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions or identify workarounds. Challenges existing conventions and thinks outside the box Self-starter with the ability to take initiative. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence individuals up and down within the organizational hierarchy as well as within outside lines of business.
