Analyst, Studios Billing

Your new role involves accurately recording and maintaining financial data, reporting on financial status, and documenting collection efforts in the ERP system in a timely manner. As an AR Analyst, you will provide insights and solutions to receivable issues, contributing to the efficiency of financial systems supporting accounts receivable processes. Effective communication and collaboration with various teams, stakeholders, and customers are essential for success in this role. Your responsibilities will include recording customer transactions, reviewing contracts for billing, coordinating with sales teams, conducting monthly billing and revenue reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with local laws. The role also encompasses tasks such as handling account reconciliations, month-end close activities, and SOX compliance. Qualifications & Experiences: - Fluent in English - 2 to 4 years of experience in Account Receivables reconciliations/Collections - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - Strong problem-solving skills, time management, and team player - Excellent communication skills (oral and written) - Experience with SAP ERP is preferred - Organizational and interpersonal skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently - Track record of meeting deadlines Preferred Experience: - Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales At WBD, our guiding principles are the foundation of our operations and reflect how we work.
