Analyst - Procurement & Sourcing

As a Procurement & Sourcing Analyst at Babaclick, a British e-commerce company with headquarters in the UK and operations in multiple countries including India, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and sourcing products and suppliers across global markets. Your responsibilities will include analyzing pricing, landed costs, profitability, and commercial viability using Excel/Google Sheets, maintaining procurement workflows with precision and a zero-error mindset, and collaborating closely with logistics & fulfilment teams to ensure smooth multi-market execution. You will also be expected to manage and update sourcing trackers, reports, and dashboards with high accuracy. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, demonstrate an analytical mindset with a focus on working extensively with numbers, exhibit exceptional attention to detail, be a fast learner with a structured and commercially-aware approach, and have clear English communication skills. It is essential that you are currently based in or able to commute reliably to Gurgaon for on-site work. Preferred backgrounds for this position include Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Economics, Business, or related fields.
