Job Description

Role Overview: As an Analyst for the Patient-Oriented Program (POP) at Novartis, your primary responsibility will be to manage the POP ensuring compliance with applicable process and quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute the POP initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Administer the end-to-end POP process on behalf of the Business Owner in alignment with the Doing Business Ethically (DBE) policy and POP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). - Coordinate with all POP stakeholders (POP Champion, Procurement, Legal, Patient Safety, Compliance, Quality Assurance) to create POP documents. - Obtain necessary approvals for POP conduct in a timely manner and manage External Service Providers (ESP) compliance checks prior to fieldwork initiation. - Enter program details in the POPsys database, track all required activities related to POP conduct, and ensure no monitoring gaps before program closure. - Maintain documentation for all POP activities in the POP repository and address quality issues through proper investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. - Ensure effective handover of activities when leaving the role/organization, manage assigned projects efficiently, and escalate findings related to projects in a timely manner. - Seek feedback from stakeholders for continuous improvement in POP processes. Qualification Required: - Preferably 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within Clinical, Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical/Regulatory Affairs, or relevant pharma compliance/commercial framework experience. - Good understanding of local regulatory requirements and policies in the pharmaceutical industry. - Strong communication skills across different audiences, organizational levels, and local/global teams.
