Analyst - Mid Corporate Rating

As a candidate for the role of Mid Corporate Analyst at our client, a Credit Rating Agency based in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, performance, and trends to assess the creditworthiness of companies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing financial statements, performance, and trend analysis for assessing the creditworthiness of the company. - Handling rating assignments for entities of varying sizes and preparing reports and rationale for the assigned ratings. - Preparing rating reports by including the profile of the rated company, key rating considerations, credit risk assessment, ratio analysis like proficiency, turnover & solvency, financial projection/modelling, operational & industry analysis. - Adhering to standard operating procedures & policies. - Conducting research on the industry in which the company is operating and keeping track of the industry's performance as a whole. - Analyzing the business model, identifying strengths, weaknesses, risks, understanding the revenue models, and the corporate structure of the businesses. Qualifications: - MBA in Finance or CA.
