Responsibilities:

1.       Act as subject matter expert on VBA (visual basic for applications) and MS Access SQL queries-based MS Excel automated tools

2.       Own and independently manage MS Excel automated tools.

3.       Perform requirements gathering and analysis to provide high quality EUC automation solution, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community

4.       Collaborate with designated members of the applicable business group and project managers across geographies to understand customer needs

5.       Provide End to End EUC technical solution for Business process. Act as liaison between operations SME and IT Team for system implementation changes

6.       Triage of issues reported by EUC (End User computing tools) users, Resolve confliction end-user requirements

7.       Collaborate with business teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of automated solutions

8.       Ability to manage vast no of clients across multiple geographies, collaborate with a global team where co-ordination activities would cross regional boundaries

9.       Ability to support complex EUC’s which deals in Instrument and Pricing data involving connectivity with external data vendors

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

1.       Expertise in MS Excel VBA, MS Access, SQL queries, Advance Excel

2.       Strong ability to communicate technical and data concepts to non-technical audiences

3.       Strong analytical, organizational, verbal communication and stakeholder management skills

4.       Experience with Analytical data, querying and managing them.

5.       Strong relationship building and facilitation skills to work directly with business users who are not technical in nature

6.       Critical thinking abilities to take complex, ambiguous, abstract requirements and break them into smaller components, patterns, views, and features. Ability to conceptualize and think creatively, familiarity with agile development methodology is desirable

7.       Good to have Python, XML Skills

8.       Basic understanding to third party financial data vendor applications (like Bloomberg, Refinitive, etc.) will be an added advantage

9.       Basic understanding of Investment banking and capital markets
