Analyst II, Gen AI Support

As a Gen AI Support Specialist at Boston Scientific, you will have the opportunity to work in a team of diverse and high-performing individuals to tackle significant challenges in the health industry. You will be responsible for assisting teams with AI-based solutions, ensuring optimal performance of AI models, and supporting the deployment of AI applications in cloud environments. Your role will involve collaborating with data scientists and engineers to fine-tune models, developing and maintaining Python scripts, deploying AI solutions in AWS cloud environments, and designing interactive applications using Streamlit. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the deployment, integration, and maintenance of Generative AI models. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance and deployment. - Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to fine-tune models for specific use cases. - Develop and maintain Python scripts for data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation. - Deploy and manage AI solutions in AWS cloud environments. - Design and build user-friendly dashboards and interactive applications using Streamlit. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to document workflows, processes, and technical details. - Provide training and support to stakeholders on AI tools and applications. Your Experience Technical Expertise: - Proficient in Python programming with knowledge of libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and PyTorch/TensorFlow. - Hands-on experience with AWS services for AI/ML applications. - Expertise in developing applications using Streamlit. AI Knowledge: - Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and frameworks. - Experience in model deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. - Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly. - Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in AWS, such as AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty. - Prior experience with MLOps practices and tools. - Knowledge of front-end frameworks and UI/UX principles for Streamlit enhancements.
